All Sales Final – No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

All sales of tennis overgrips are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the order is placed, except in limited cases required by law (detailed below).

Tennis overgrips are a personal hygiene and consumable product. They are sealed for your protection and come into direct contact with the user’s hands and sweat during use. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned or opened overgrips under any circumstances, as they cannot be resold or safely reused.

Exceptions (only as required by law):

•  Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive overgrips that are damaged during shipping, defective (e.g., manufacturing fault), or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

•  European Economic Area (EEA) / United Kingdom customers: Under EU/UK consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, this right is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations). If the seal remains intact and unopened, contact us within 14 days to discuss withdrawal eligibility. Once opened, no return is possible. We will refund the product cost (excluding original shipping) if eligible, but you must cover return shipping.

•  Australian customers: We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us with details and proof.

Important notes:

•  Original shipping fees, customs duties/taxes, and payment processing fees are never refunded.

•  We do not offer restocking fees because returns are not accepted outside legal requirements.

•  By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that tennis overgrips are non-returnable consumables once sealed packaging is opened or used.
