Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your M90 grips. Because overgrips are a hygiene product that touches your hands and sweat, we can only accept returns of unopened grips.

Unopened returns (30 days)

• You can return unopened grips in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Email help@m90store.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you the return address.

• You pay the return shipping. Once we receive and check the sealed item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

• Opened or used grips can't be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your grips arrive damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review and, if the claim is valid, offer a replacement or refund.

European Economic Area (EEA) / United Kingdom customers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed items. This right doesn't apply once the seal is opened, for health and hygiene reasons. You cover return shipping, and we'll refund the product cost.

Australian customers

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty or not of acceptable quality, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Important notes

• Original shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are not refunded.

• There are no restocking fees.
